Terms & Conditions – Summer Camp
By registering for camp, you agree to the following terms and policies:
Camp Participation
Camp activities include animal interaction, outdoor play, and hands-on farm experiences. Participation involves inherent risks associated with animals, land, equipment, and outdoor environments.
Camper Requirements
Campers must be fully potty trained and able to manage bathroom needs independently.
Parents/guardians must disclose any medical, physical, emotional, or behavioral needs at the time of registration.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Campers must be checked in and out daily by a parent or authorized adult.
Photo ID is required at pick-up.
Campers will only be released to individuals listed on the Authorized Pick-Up Form.
Camp ends promptly at 4:00 PM. Late pick-ups will incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes.
Behavior Expectations
Campers are expected to treat animals, staff, and other campers with respect at all times.
Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from camp without refund.
Personal Belongings
Please leave electronics, valuables, and personal toys at home.
Enchanted Farms is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, Enchanted Farms staff are authorized to seek medical care for your child. Any medical expenses not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Photo & Video Release
By registering, you grant permission for your child’s photo or video to be used for Enchanted Farms marketing purposes.
If you prefer your child not be photographed, written notice must be provided prior to camp.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least two weeks before the session start date receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the session start date are non-refundable.
In cases of illness or family emergency, rescheduling may be offered based on availability.
Washington State Agritourism Notice

Participation in agritourism activities involves inherent risks. Under Washington State law, there is limited liability for injuries resulting exclusively from these inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Liability Waiver
By enrolling your child, you agree to release and hold harmless Enchanted Farms, its owners, staff, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in camp activities.
